☁️ Cloud Target Lab — seeded scenario catalog

cloud-target-lab stands up a LocalStack fake-AWS seeded with these mixed secure/insecure resources to test cloud security scanners. A static Space can't run LocalStack — run the lab locally (docker compose up then python seed.py) to stand up the live environment.
